Trip Overview

This spectacular trek will more than satisfy the ambitious trekker intent on crossing high passes without the commitment to any technical climbing. The trek offers an enduring experience of natural beauty, geological magnificence and profound cross-cultural discovery. The Sherpa residents of Khumbu, the great valley below Mount Everest, believe that all things - mountains, plants and animals are sacred.

We start this trek from Lukla after 45 minute mountain flight. In the three great passes of Everest ; we trek through Namche; passes are Renjo La (5,435m), Cho La (5,380m) and the Kongma La (5,535m). You will also ascend three walking peaks; Gokyo Ri (5,357m) and Kala Patthar (5,545m) offer superb views of Everest, Chukhung Ri is posdsioble to add in the trip, and whilst Chukhung Ri (5,550m) is a not so popular summit, tucked under the imposing Lhotse-Nuptse wall. This westerly approach to Everest is more aesthetic than walking up the main Everest trail, provides amazing vistas of the world's highest mountain and might be considered in particular, by the keen photographer or by those who would like a more challenging experience.

Clients carry daypack only and walk at their own pace. The walking hour will be about 7-8 hr a day; walking houres will be also at your walking speed.
